Although we are constantly being bombarded by food advertising campaigns that make it very difficult to discern truthful food facts from smart marketing choosing fresh, local and nutrient dense foods isn’t brain science. PLNW’s Kitchen Clean Out answers all your questions and solves all these problems.
To help get you on the fast track to health, Lori Kennedy R.H.N. will visit your home and work with you and your family to identify the foods that are robbing you of your health and increasing your weight by cleaning out your kitchen.
